Rachel:

Sorry I was unable to take your call. The easiest method of getting someone out if you receive calls like this is to email me the contact information. The stores should be contacting our group directly but, occasionally, they reach a number such as your inadvertently. I apologize that this came your way. Please pass along my apologies to Mr. Wathey as well.

We are making some strategic changes here to more efficiently address these claims which will take effect in the near future. Hopefully this will serve to eliminate any further calls coming to your location.
