"I may not be perfect... but my cornflower blue kitchen towels are." Thanks, Kmart - I know now that there's a way to compensate for my imperfection. Roommate seems to be surviving sheet-and-towel-ville. Seems also to be surviving on orange juice bars and Stoli as well, if the fridge is to be believed. I should be home more. I should be home, period. Sometime.

'You gave me hyacinths first a year ago;
'They called me the hyacinth girl.'
Yet when we came back, late, from the Hyacinth garden,
Your arms full, and your hair wet, I could not
Speak, and my eyes failed, I was neither
Living nor dead, and I knew nothing,
Looking into the heart of light, the silence.
Od' und leer das Meer.
-- T.S. Eliot
